We have a need for a Category Business Analyst. This position reports to a Category Development Manager and is primarily responsible for the category management process at key customers providing advanced analytics and insights, assortment recommendations, planograms, and reports.

Contribute to the achievement of US Customer Development objectives by providing Category/Assortment/Space management support and in-depth analysis for the field sales team and assigned customers. Primarily responsible for the development of merchandising assortment, planograms and strategic category thought leadership for Target Corp, specifically supporting Family Care categories.
Bachelors degree and 7+ years of Customer Management experience and/or 3-4 years of Category
Management experience required.
2 years experience with Info Retriever, ProSpace or Nielsen applications required.
CPG experience preferred
High level of integrity and great attention to detail
Ability to drive thought leadership and grow category sales
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Highly effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills
Strong negotiation and project management skills
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Successful experience collaborating across organization and cultural boundaries.
