Four year degree in Business, Finance or related field required. Masters Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years experience in all aspects of contracts management with an emphasis on recent Incentive Fee contracting or Cost-Plus contracting.
Position requires experience in developing/administering Incentive Contract arrangements. Prefer a solid 10 years experience with this as a main area of concentration and evidence of leading a team.
Should have a knowledge of government regulations such as FAR/ DFAR/ NASA.
Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
Security clearance is preferred; must be a US citizen or green card holder. Local candidates preferred but relocation assistance is available.
NCMA (ncmahq.org) membership a plus.
