This position reports to the VP HR for HC & KCP and will work with both the HC & KCP business units’ presidents and their leadership teams. In partnership with their HR peer team within HC/KCP as well their global peers, the incumbent will provide leadership and execution of HR solutions that enable delivery of both business unit(s) and KC enterprise results.


Key Role Accountabilities


• Works closely with business unit leaders from our commercial, manufacturing and/or support operations to identify and execute on opportunities for increased organizational effectiveness

• Provide HR thought leadership and implementation capacity for business unit led initiatives as well as enterprise talent and project work (talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, etc.)

• Establishes & leverages strong working relationships with global business and HR leaders to effectively deliver globally integrated HR/talent outcomes for HC & KCP

• Provide performance and development coaching and applicable tools for leaders

• Champions and drives enterprise and business unit results in the areas of: engagement, culture transformation, diversity & inclusion (inclusive of developing D&I plans for HC & KCP)

• Support business unit HRIS and analytic requests (proactive headcount forecasting, historical turnover information, performance result trending, etc.)

• HR business partner responsibilities that relate to: handling of employee issues, compensation, talent acquisition, global mobility, etc

• Work closely with HR VP in supporting Business Unit Presidents (inclusive of participation in key strategic issues and leadership team interactions)

Basic Qualifications


• Bachelor Degree required

• Strong HR business focused practitioner with 10+ years of HR experience with demonstrated results spanning multiple disciplines (Generalist, Talent, OE/OD, Compensation, Labor Relations, etc.)

• Strong HR consulting skills, with a focus on both strategic and tactical execution

• Experience delivering results in a global environment

• Experience in successfully working in multiple organizational structures including a matrix environment

• Credibility to lead and influence leaders at the executive level & work collaboratively globally

• Strong written and verbal communications skills, and executive presence


Preferred Qualifications


• Advanced Degree in business, law or HR development

• Exceptional influencing skills

• Prior leadership experience with both people and budgetary responsibility

• Experience and demonstrated success in at least one non-HR role

• Multi-lingual is a ‘plus’ (English required with Spanish as a second language would be very helpful)
