Provide leadership and direction for Kimberly-Clark HealthCare Logistics & Supply Chain functions in North America and Latin America, while providing leadership for Global planning. The position reports to the Vice President of Global Product Supply. The incumbent manages all aspects of Logistics – Planning/Distribution/Export/Import/Deployment and Redeployment, as well as Continuous Improvement through Lean
The Kimberly-Clark Professional Sector manufacturers and markets Medical Devices and Medical Supplies. The majority of products are currently sold to Distributors through several large national and many smaller regional distributor networks.
The Healthcare global business plans rely on Logistics / Supply Chain capabilities as a strategic enabler to drive Cash Conversion and to gain a competitive advantage in the market. The incumbent has the overall responsibility for the Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain functions in support of these businesses, including the authority to make key decisions and commit human and financial resources in order to support growth and profitability plans.
Reporting to the incumbent are four managers who lead teams focused on 1) Production Planning & Product Supply 2) two roles Distribution Operations & Analysis, 3) Sales and Operations Planning.
The incumbent leads the design and implementation of Supply Chain Strategies that provide value to customers by effectively and efficiently managing the flow of products from raw material sourcing through placement at customer locations. The incumbent manages a highly skilled team that seeks efficiency across the entire supply chain, identifying and implementing integrated logistics initiatives to control costs, inventories and deliver committed customer service requirements.

Primary Customers / Customers Expectations:
North America Business Team:
Responsible for leading and directly managing all Logistics functional activities supporting the Healthcare North American businesses including; Medical Devices and Surgical and Infection Control.
Coordinates key sector strategies and initiatives related to Cash Conversion, Working Capital Management, SKU Rationalization, Distribution and Manufacturing Cost Optimization (inclusive of supporting LEAN initiatives).
The incumbent functions as a key member of the North American Business Leadership Team and actively provides overall direction related to future capability building, personnel development and career development activities to ensure team members are motivated, challenged and aligned to meet Sector and GBP objectives.
Surgical and Infection Control:
Responsible for leading and coordinating Logistics functional initiatives in support of the Global Business Plan and specifically the Global Product Supply Strategies.
Coordinates key global initiatives related to Global Data Management, Global Coding, Regional DC and Demand Forecasting, Global Technology Balances along with Global System and Process Strategies. The incumbent is responsible for leading, developing and executing the Logistics / Supply Chain Strategies in support of the Global Business Plan and Corporate Cash Conversion Initiatives while functioning as a key member of the Global Product Supply Team.
The incumbent actively participates in global forums and strategy setting sessions and provides overall leadership related to future global capability building, personnel development and career development requirements.
Logistics / Supply Chain Teams:
Provides highly visible and consistent Logistics functional leadership to the organization including establishing objectives, expectations and strategic direction. Also provides timely coaching and direction in problem resolution, performance feedback, and career development for the Logistics and Planning Teams.
The incumbent fulfills a coordination role across KCHC Regions for consistency and alignment purposes related to best practices and standardization opportunities.
Establishes and maintains effective cross-functional communications to provide effective career development opportunities.
The incumbent is responsible for completing all required performance management activities in an effective and timely manner along with participating as a key member of the Corporate Logistics / Supply Chain Career Development Team.

• BA Degree
• 15 plus years in logistics and distribution systems with in Kimberly Clark or another progressive industry-leading company.
• Demonstrate leadership, functional competence and proven success in prior Logistics / Supply Chain and Operations assignments.
• Proven leadership skills coupled with extensive Logistics and Supply Chain expertise and industry knowledge.
• Well-developed general management skills along with extensive background and experience in broad range of logistical and operating environments.
• Proven track record of success in managing dramatic transformational change
• Ability to influence senior executives and align functional peers across a matrix organization
• Spanish language fluency is desirable.
