Summary: This position provides leadership and functional HR generalist support to leaders in the K-C Health Care (HC) Organization supporting Sales Teams.

  • Provide HR generalist support to leaders and their teams
    • Lead and fully execute key HR strategies and initiatives across customer groups
    • Works closely with business unit leaders from our commercial, manufacturing and/or support operations to identify and execute on opportunities for increased organizational effectiveness
    • Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
    • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and engagement
    • Provide coaching to build leadership capabilities
    • Partner with HC leaders on organizational design, effectiveness and workforce planning
    • Effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
    • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, Organization Effectiveness) to achieve business results
    • Change management expertise, specifically managing change within a large matrix organization
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence the decision making process
    • Confident written and verbal communicator, with executive presence
    • Mentor HR and business colleagues

• 10 years Human Resources Generalist experience in a progressive environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate and execute HR and business strategies
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a high level of energy
• Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization
• Confident written and verbal communicator, with executive presence
• Change management expertise, specifically managing change within a large matrix organization
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence the decision making process

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong HR consulting skills, with a focus on both strategic and tactical execution
• Experience delivering results in a global environment
• Organizational design experience
• Experience in a HR Specialty area (e.g. compensation, talent management, project management, recruiting, D&I, etc.)

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (preferred), or other related field
  • Experience supporting Sales Teams
  • Experience in dealing with a regulated government agency
  • Experience with Medical Device companies
