Sr. Talent Management – Workforce Capability Team Responsibilities: 
Design, develop and implement enterprise wide talent management initiatives to include (but not limited to) Performance Management, Culture building initiatives (such as: One K-C behaviors, Engagement – Employee Opinion Survey), Career Development, Onboarding, Talent Review Process, Succession Planning, Executive Development initiatives, Coaching, Assessments, HR Development, and Recognition programs.

Sr. Talent Management Consultant Key Accountabilities: 
As a member of the global Talent Management team, this position will serve as an internal consultant for HR and business leaders, project manager and subject matter expert on projects and process improvements and change management initiatives, and will provide analytics and metrics that lead to meaningful insights to our talent management initiatives and continuous improvement of those processes and supporting systems.

§ Lead Talent Management Workforce Capability projects and operate as a project manager, subject matter expert and internal consultant to develop and implement global talent management initiatives and ensure solutions are integrated into our end-to-end talent management strategy
§ Provide supporting data, analytics and reports on talent management initiatives and outcomes to drive and influence program design and delivery and system enhancements
§ Research, recommend and implement best practices (both internally and externally) leveraging project management, change management and influencing skills
§ Build partnerships and influence key resources within organization: Global HR business partners, HR centers of expertise teams, functional/technical capability teams, HR Leadership team, and other business leaders.

Essential Knowledge/Experience: 
§ 5+ years successful experience in HR and/or talent management role at a Fortune 500 corporation preferred
§ Master’s degree or PH.D in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
§ Strong technical capabilities including 2-4 years working with Talent Management applications (Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors etc.)
§ Strong Project management, consulting and facilitation experience
§ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
§ Good understanding of business strategy and how to link Talent Management initiatives to business initiatives
§ Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and the ability to use analytics to identify trends and implications relevant to talent management
§ Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations using data, graphics, and effective storytelling and influencing skills to communicate insights and implications for decision making
§ Ability to quickly establish relationships within an organization
§ Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities
§ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (primarily Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience
§ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
§ Ability to work and communicate effectively across cultures. Experience working in a global organization preferred.
