As Kimberly-Clark continues to grow and develop its supply chain organization, we are looking for strong leaders with Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, and/or Procurement experience.
These positions vary in scope based on the need of the organization but generally are responsible for leading leaders in areas of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions. These positions will be leading business teams striving for consistency and alignment purposes related to best practices and standardization opportunities.

Establish and maintain an optimum organization, by providing an environment which allows team members to develop themselves to their maximum potential and will result in all team members considering their organization a fair and equitable place of employment. Develop and maintain high levels of safety and loss prevention awareness through development of sound safety and loss prevention programs to ensure positive attitudes and compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and the achievement of safety objectives. Develop and maintain high levels of quality and regulatory systems that will assure conformance to specifications and focus on continuous improvement of processes. Develop and implement continuing cost improvement plans and programs that will ensure continuity of a competitive and profitable organization. Ensure application of established financial controls by providing operating management direction and support to the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, instructions, and internal control procedures. Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have need to know. Be informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive. Provide leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the best people and fosters an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in managing a manufacturing plant.
- Extensive (typically 15 to 20 years) Supply Chain leadership expertise and manufacturing operations knowledge.
- Ability to organize and plan, delegate, lead, and motivate people.
- The position requires broad knowledge and extensive experience in business management, including the successful management of a functional department/organization.
- Judgment and ability to interact effectively with governmental agencies to maintain positive community relations is required.
