As K-C develops its marketing capabilities to market to the consumer and deliver a seamless consumer experience through all touch points.

The Sr. Service Delivery Lead – Marketing Analytics/CRM supports the service delivery of all the initiatives relating to CRM, Media and Analytics.

Essential Functions:
• Assist with the development of the service delivery strategy across CRM, Integrated Media and Marketing Analytics.
• Manage the portfolio of all the activities being done across the CRM, Integrated Media and Marketing Analytics to assist with prioritization of activities, status reporting and budget mgmt.
• Manage the service delivery of these capabilities to enable on time on track delivery using service providers
• Provide project oversight and guidance to service providers to ensure proper project mgmt. controls are in place



  • Reviews service level agreements, investigates all appropriate means to improve service levels, and recommends new or revised policies or procedures
    • Advises and influences business clients and customers, at management level, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems. Develops an effective partnership with suppliers and customers, establishing confidence and respect.
    • Absorbs complex technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences. Assesses and evaluates risk. Understands the implications of new technologies.
    • Advises and influences business clients and customers, at management level, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems

User experience evaluation:

Works with Customers to establish feedback/assessment of the service provided, from the customers’ perspective, and initiates actions for improvement, where appropriate.
• Performs highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects. Contributes to the formulation and implementation of IT strategy. Creatively applies a wide range of technical and/or management principles.
• Takes responsibility for command structure and escalation procedures, and ensures that the requisite operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or 12+ years of applied experience in the CRM and Analytics area.
    • Experience managing Projects and/or Programs for the marketing function.
    • Experience with leading and driving execution via 3rd party managed service provider
    • Good working knowledge of how marketing leverages data for targeting media and content to the right consumer.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and off shore locations
    • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
    • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatoryPreferred Skills/Qualifications:

Main purpose of the role:
Guide regional & global platform & target market teams to accelerate high margin sales by developing and implementing competitively advantaged CRM lead funnel processes for generating revenue in support of KCP’s $5 Billion revenue target. Build and standardize global CRM processes to ensure best practice adoption in support of unlocking our top line growth objectives. Create visibility over effectiveness and efficiency of lead generation, account penetration and account retention processes while always challenging what it takes to get better.


Key Accountabilities:
This leader’s primary goal is to get a higher return on our global CRM investments by generating more demand, improving close rates, and reducing churn.
He/she will accomplish the goal by providing vision and leadership that will dramatically increase the effectiveness of KCP’s global Sales & Marketing teams through the accelerated adoption and reporting of leading edge CRM processes, technology and best practice.
• Ensure that evolving Customer Touch Management (CTM) and Sales Force.com (SFDC) initiatives support the KCP vision, establishing true 360 degree view of end-users and channel partners, including sales, marketing, pricing and service.
• Own CTM and SFDC stakeholder management and governance to foster regional/cross-sector collaboration in order to accelerate adoption of best practice and maximize ROI.
• Work in conjunction with GTM and platform leaders to develop programs that capitalize on the evolution of B2B buyer behavior.
• In collaboration with GTM Project Leader, develop and implement lead funnel strategy to support platforms and target markets across the regions. Build system infrastructure to support funnel processes. Establish metrics, KPIs and reporting to help optimize lead flow and help forecast, measure and drive revenue from GTM activities.
• Identify the necessary skills for best in class lead funnel and customer touch management. Develop and drive capability programs with regional GTM and Sales & Marketing Capability teams to address skill deficiencies and to recruit the right resources.

This role has team management responsibilities including leadership of the following global team member:
Global Marketing Automation
• Owner of global CTM, SFDC and other systems infrastructure and best practices around marketing automation. Expert resource to support regional marketing automation efforts.

Previous experiences and Capabilities:

• Seasoned Sales/Marketing professional (10+ years) with strong CTM/CRM systems and processes experience and strong analytical, strategic & positioning skills and experience
• Global / multiple market experience with proven collaboration, negotiation & influencing skills, particularly across cultures.
• In-depth knowledge of latest B2B buyer behavior trends and processes/systems to support acquisition, penetration and retention of end-user customers
• Proven ability to build a high performing global team and provide good guidance, leadership and capability to a cross functional team

Other responsibilities would include, providing high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts along with communicating status, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners.


Basic Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

-2+ years of SAP configuration skills; delivery and support experience in CRM processes

-Successful experience in at least 1 full lifecycle implementation

-Solid experiences in Business Process Analysis & Design
Utilities/IS-U experience is nice to have but not required

-Previous consulting experiences in large, global organizations is an asset

-University degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science required

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
