As K-C develops its marketing capabilities to market to the consumer and deliver a seamless consumer experience through all touch points.

The Sr. Service Delivery Lead – Marketing Analytics/CRM supports the service delivery of all the initiatives relating to CRM, Media and Analytics.

Essential Functions:
• Assist with the development of the service delivery strategy across CRM, Integrated Media and Marketing Analytics.
• Manage the portfolio of all the activities being done across the CRM, Integrated Media and Marketing Analytics to assist with prioritization of activities, status reporting and budget mgmt.
• Manage the service delivery of these capabilities to enable on time on track delivery using service providers
• Provide project oversight and guidance to service providers to ensure proper project mgmt. controls are in place

 

Skills/Competencies:

  • Reviews service level agreements, investigates all appropriate means to improve service levels, and recommends new or revised policies or procedures
    • Advises and influences business clients and customers, at management level, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems. Develops an effective partnership with suppliers and customers, establishing confidence and respect.
    • Absorbs complex technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences. Assesses and evaluates risk. Understands the implications of new technologies.
    • Advises and influences business clients and customers, at management level, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems

User experience evaluation:

Works with Customers to establish feedback/assessment of the service provided, from the customers’ perspective, and initiates actions for improvement, where appropriate.
• Performs highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects. Contributes to the formulation and implementation of IT strategy. Creatively applies a wide range of technical and/or management principles.
• Takes responsibility for command structure and escalation procedures, and ensures that the requisite operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or 12+ years of applied experience in the CRM and Analytics area.
    • Experience managing Projects and/or Programs for the marketing function.
    • Experience with leading and driving execution via 3rd party managed service provider
    • Good working knowledge of how marketing leverages data for targeting media and content to the right consumer.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and off shore locations
    • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
    • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatoryPreferred Skills/Qualifications:

Job Overview

The End User Delivery Manager is responsible to control and manage the IT infrastructure and execute day-to-day routine tasks related to the operation of infrastructure components and applications. Reporting to the Client Services Leader, this position has direct accountability for the timeliness and quality of IT services provided to Halyard Health Care employees, including those at major corporate offices and mills, by IT staff and third party vendors.

Additional responsibilities consist of establishing day-to-day operational support for infrastructure technologies that include supplier management activities, business continuity, and overall service delivery support for change, incident, and problem management activities.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way.
    • Works to resolve problems and ensure that incidents are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day operational support for infrastructure technologies that includes supplier management activities, business continuity, and overall service delivery support for change, incident, and problem management activities
    • Manage the initial provisioning of laptops; setup, configuration, imaging, computer repair, local server maintenance.
    • Provide technical and operational leadership, management and oversight of site support and managed delivery.
    • Provide operational support, project support, and engineering for IT Infrastructure related disciplines
    • Ensure day-to-day operational support for infrastructure technologies that include supplier management activities, business continuity, and overall service delivery support for change, incident, and problem management activities
    • Ensure proper and consistent communication to Halyard Health Care clients and internal leadership aligning with policy and procedures, SLAs, metrics reporting and contractual agreements
    • Ensure the creation, qualification, and timely resolution and proper escalation of incidents
    • Provide leadership and management of staff including mentoring and career development

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • BA, BS or Master’s degree in a Computer Science or Information systems related discipline
    • Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device or regulated industry experience
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise software architectures, infrastructure architectures, and desktop computing
    • 5+ years of hand-on experience in providing operational management and coordination for network service providers
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid collaboration and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability working directly with clients to identify and resolve technical incidents
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays as needed
    • Experience managing multiple on-site and vendor sourced service teams
    • Proven ability working directly with clients to identify and resolve technical incidents
    • Ability to communicate and build relationships outside of IT
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • ITIL knowledge, certification is a plus
