The Talent Acquisition Leader designs, develops and manages the talent sourcing and acquisition process across the organization. The functional scope of this role will be experienced professional hiring.

Our current recruiting process is focused on the US and Canada; however, this is a global role that will require the ability to consult, translate programs and policies to comply with local customs and legal requirements, and work across cultures to implement while sharing best practices.

Position Purpose

Build the Talent Acquisition Function

  • Develop, in partnership with the Global Talent Management Leader and the CHRO, Halyard’s Talent Acquisition model, inclusive of determining which talent acquisition functions will be insourced vs. outsourced
  • Develop and manage relationships with various external RPO providers, recruiting agencies, and search firms to create a seamless candidate experience
  • Reduce Halyard’s dependence on K-C’s recruiting process, resources, and governance over time as we transition to a stand-alone function
  • Own and Manage Halyard’s Global Experienced/Professional Recruiting Strategy & Delivery
  • Ensure strategy, systems and tools meet the needs of Halyard’s hiring teams and job candidates (from Request to Hire to Pre-Start Onboarding)
  • Direct talent acquisition efforts by creating and executing recruiting programs that systematically drive awareness and excitement about the company to build short and long term recruiting pipelines
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure the integrity of the recruiting processes including adherence to recruiting standards inclusive of background and reference checks, drug testing, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer acceptance and declines
  • Interact with recruiting outsourcing provider(s) to ensure desired goals are achieved, resolve escalated delivery issues, and adapt recruiting processes to accommodate Halyard’s evolving business needs
  • Manage mix of sourcing channels to ensure cost effective recruitment of quality candidates as well as diverse slates of candidates(e.g. internet, retained firms, referrals, alumni, university relationships)
  • Leverage the global employment brand and ensure contemporary practices with the use of social media, diverse sourcing channels, mobile recruiting technology, etc.
  • Participate in the adjudication of escalated background checks and manage e-verify process
  • Partner with both HR Business Partners and hiring managers to provide education on market data, recruitment tools, and execution of recruiting processes to help create effective sourcing strategies for open and forecasted positions
  • Apply Continuous Improvement/LEAN methodology to all recruiting processes; escalate and partner with HR, hiring managers, third party/outsource providers, IT and others as necessary to identify root cause and resolve issues
  • Assist in workforce planning by developing staffing strategies for current and future needs; identify sources of talent and the tools necessary to implement the plan

Develop Metrics/Reporting

  • Manage quarterly recruitment reporting process—compile recruiting metrics, develop written content that summarizes data trends, areas of strength, and areas needing improvement
  • Identify and capture relevant recruitment performance metrics; analyze information to identify trends, drive change and assess progress
  • Process ad-hoc reporting requests from business and HR teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience within Talent Acquisition; experience within both a corporate recruiting function and an external consultant/RPO is preferred
  • Experience with building or creating a new executive or corporate recruiting department
  • Experience with and strong knowledge of state-of-the-art search and recruiting methodologies

Job Overview
The Global Director Solutions Delivery is responsible for the strategy and deployment of business and technical applications to support the global K-C Health Care business.  Reporting to Chief Information Officer this position is accountable to deliver global and local solutions across all lines of business and corporate functions in a cost effective, timely, high quality, and innovative manner to drive business growth.  The position plays an influential role as a member of the Senior IT Leadership team in shaping IT strategy, making investment and priority trade-off decisions, reducing unit costs, negotiating and managing vendor relationships and improving team talent, commitment and morale.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist attorneys, primarily the Deputy GC & Corporate Secretary, in providing timely legal services to clients on corporate, securities, governance, compliance, corporate secretarial, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and other legal issues. Description of the position
The Director, Global Healthcare Market Research & Competitive Intelligence reports to the Head of Global Healthcare Corporate Marketing

The Director Global Market Research will be responsible for delivering against all of the market research needs of our Global Healthcare division, soon to be spun-off as Halyard Health.  This position works closely with our global business teams, regional marketing teams, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Global Branding, and the leadership team to lead the development and execution of our global market research plans.  The position will also be responsible for developing a global competitive intelligence program and approach to provide business teams with market insights for rapid decision making.

 

The Director, Global Healthcare Market Research & Competitive Intelligence will lead a team of market research analysts based in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Missions and objectives

  • Develop and execute annual market research plans to support Halyard Health overall as well as our business units of Surgical & Infection Prevention, Digestive Health, Respiratory Health, Surgical Pain, and Interventional Pain
  • Ensure best-in-class design, execution, and insights communication of market research projects
  • Lead front-end innovation insights process to guide new product development efforts

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Provides marketing leadership to develop intervention pain product category strategies/roadmaps and execute new product development and successful global launches to support delivery of defined business objectives.

PRIMARY CUSTOMERS and EXPECTATIONS:

Global business leaders, global sales and marketing teams, portfolio managers, IMF coordinators and cross functional leaders including P&TD, RA, QA, Product Supply. Provides leadership and expert knowledge to drive development of platform/category strategies as well as the development and commercialization of new products.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

– Conduct market analysis and assessment in potential areas of opportunity in order to make recommendations for marketing strategies and product development

– Monitor competitive activity and industry developments impacting business

– Drive new product development from Explore through Launch utilizing the IMF process.

– Ensure seamless integration with cross functional teams including P&TD, RA, QA, Product Supply and other functions as necessary for product development process

– Work with and lead global marketing teams to prepare for execution of platform strategies and product launches

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

– Broad-based knowledge in medical device product management including new product development and launch, strategy development, Voice of Customer process and working with clinicians

– The ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships

– Experience contributing to and driving strategic planning in a Medical Device organization

Position Purpose:

Provide leadership and direction for Kimberly-Clark HealthCare Logistics & Supply Chain functions in North America and Latin America, while providing leadership for Global planning. The position reports to the Vice President of Global Product Supply. Scope:

The Kimberly-Clark Professional Sector manufacturers and markets Medical Devices and Medical Supplies. The majority of products are currently sold to Distributors through several large national and many smaller regional distributor networks.
The Healthcare global business plans rely on Logistics / Supply Chain capabilities as a strategic enabler to drive Cash Conversion and to gain a competitive advantage in the market. The incumbent has the overall responsibility for the Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain functions in support of these businesses, including the authority to make key decisions and commit human and financial resources in order to support growth and profitability plans.
Reporting to the incumbent are four managers who lead teams focused on 1) Production Planning & Product Supply 2) two roles Distribution Operations & Analysis, 3) Sales and Operations Planning.
The incumbent leads the design and implementation of Supply Chain Strategies that provide value to customers by effectively and efficiently managing the flow of products from raw material sourcing through placement at customer locations. The incumbent manages a highly skilled team that seeks efficiency across the entire supply chain, identifying and implementing integrated logistics initiatives to control costs, inventories and deliver committed customer service requirements.

Surgical and Infection Control: 
Responsible for leading and coordinating Logistics functional initiatives in support of the Global Business Plan and specifically the Global Product Supply Strategies.
Coordinates key global initiatives related to Global Data Management, Global Coding, Regional DC and Demand Forecasting, Global Technology Balances along with Global System and Process Strategies. Position Purpose:
