Currently, we are seeking a Territory Account Manager – P2 grade level 10 for our Scientific division to cover Quebec, Eastern Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.  Ideally, the candidate should be located in Montreal. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with our strategic distributors to focus on major manufacturing and research facilities in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry while selling products. Summary

We need a high caliber individual who understands selling in the business-to-business world. This individual will have a strong sales background and be responsible for high sales growth though our distribution channel. We are looking for an influential; high energy, self-motivated, business driven, sales oriented team player with a strong work ethic to join our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) North American Sales Team. The Territory Account Manager’s main responsibilities are to sell the company’s products and create an awareness and demand for the company products.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding, generating and developing new customers. Incumbents are responsible for new
    account development and expanding existing accounts.
    • Creates awareness and demand for company products.
    • Develop technical expertise related to products and industry.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end- users.

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business-to-business and channel selling.
    • Proven track record in project development.
    • Must be able to travel at least 50% of time (8-10 overnights per month).
    • Must possess valid driver’s license.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience selling to regulated markets.
    • Experience in managing Distributor relationships.

Summary:

The Account Consultant is the account manager and business builder for an assigned number of hospitals and other healthcare facilities in a geographic territory.

Responsibilities:
• Account relationship development and business development of all products.
• Primary sales contact in acute care facilities, hospitals, and clinics.
• Work with nurses, purchasing people, and financial people within the hospital setting.
• Work closely with distributors selling our products as well as direct sales.
• Contributing to the development of a strategic plan for the territory and accounts.
• Contract and price negotiations and contract management.
• Tactical implementation of the business and selling activities required to meet objectives
• Sales positioning, analysis, and implementation within the facilities.
• Utilizing all aspects of Kimberly Clark’s Performance Management Process to consistently measure progress toward objectives, deliver business results and model global leadership qualities to enhance personal effectiveness
Products:

Medical Supplies – drapes, gowns, sterilization wraps, masks, gloves, InteguSeal* Microbial Sealant.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in medical sales experience.
• Medical device or medical supplies sales experience preferred.
• Acute care sales experience preferred
• Minimum of 7 years working with PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Proof of successful sales track record
• Tactfully Aggressive
• Comfortable in Hospital Setting
• Travel by car required
• Clean driving record required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of Medical Supplies Sales Experience Preferred
• Proof of a successful track record
• Prefer candidate to be in the Top 10% of Sales Force
• Hospital Sales Experience Preferred
