The Machinery & Equipment Procurement Team is seeking a Procurement Consultant to provide sourcing expertise for Construction. The primary responsibilities for the role include defining K-C’s purchasing strategy for Construction spend to meet business/project needs; working with all five business units to define unique needs and encourage collaboration; and managing relationships with key suppliers and internal customers. A structured strategic sourcing process is used to manage the entire contract life cycle from Request for Proposal to supplier exit. This role is responsible for all Construction spend within North America. Successful candidates will have industry experience in how to manage general construction bids and contracts across multiple locations.

Utilizing this structured strategic sourcing process you will:
• Work with internal customers to develop sourcing strategies for specific purchases of categories which will best meet business needs at the lowest total cost of ownership.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers that meet the internal customer needs.
• Solicit, evaluate, negotiate and award contracts for specific purchases (technical, commercial and/or commercial aspects) as well as administer contracts as required.
• Analyze Supply Base, reduce Risk, and optimize the Total Cost.
• Lead or co-lead initiatives to eliminate waste and variability in the supply chain including planning, managing and implementing major projects in a repeatable process to realize results.

Description: The traffic manager sets a schedule of deadlines for the completion of tasks associated with a project and assigns resources to each necessary step in the development process for marketing communications. Job Overview

Job Overview 

The Strategy Architect Leader is responsible for providing leadership direction for strategic application architecture plans, standards, system design, and implementation with a focus on mapping Halyard Health Care’s IT capabilities to business needs. Principal Accountabilities 

• Create and maintain architectural best practices and standards that address applications, data, and technology in the context of business processes across the Halyard Health Care IT landscape
• Lead analysis of leading technology, industry, and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture with a focus on aligning and enabling Halyard Health Care’s business strategy
• Provide leadership direction for the overall strategic application architecture plans, system design, and implementation at Halyard Health Care
• Provide broad understanding of Halyard Health Care platforms and applications across all technologies to both IT and business leadership
• Lead analysis of the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Define the strategy for IT initiatives such as legacy integration / modernization and ERP system consolidation to drive standardization, lower total cost of ownership (TOC) and business innovation
• Work with project teams across the organization to develop and apply architectural best practices and standards including performing a more involved advisory role on complex initiatives

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• BA, BS or Master’s degree in a Computer Science or Information systems related discipline, MBA is a plus 
• 10+ years of software design and implementation experience 
• 5+ years of Architecture leadership roles in design, development and execution in a global organization 
• Experience across multiple architecture environments including ERP systems (e.g. SAP), customer facing technologies (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other enterprise technologies
