Responsibilities:  • Lead the execution of audit projects covering different work streams and engagements with minimal supervision or guidance, as Auditor in Charge (AIC)  • Lead a coordinated engagement risk assessment process of in-scope countries and business processes. Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and development of annual audit plans  • Work closely with Information Technology Auditors to ensure an integrated business process/information system audit approach  • Effectively evaluate and test the design and operating effectiveness of anti-fraud programs and controls  • Assess risks and controls and design evaluation of business activity with minimal guidance  • Contribute to the formulation of audit plans, scoping documents and audit programs using a risk-based audit methodology  • Develop formal written reports and assist with presentation of audit results to management, including recommendations  • Provide staff and business partners timely guidance and feedback on effective internal control practices, to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task, solve a problem or develop professionally; demonstrate a “leaders as teachers” approach to development  • Supervise and mentor Senior, Advanced and Associate auditors. Review documentation, work papers, findings and recommendations for audits performed under his/her direction and provide constructive feedback  • Cultivate positive relations with business leaders and auditees, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness  • Enhance current audit methodologies and recommend improvements to the audit process  • Leverage continuous monitoring and auditing procedures to enhance and streamline projects and standardize specific audit procedures, when possible, from one project to another

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:  • Undergraduate degree with major/minor in Accounting or Finance or related field  • Professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) or working towards certification  • 7+ years of public accounting and/or private industry audit experience with knowledge of accounting, finance and internal control areas  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and multitask to complete assignments within time constraints. As a member of the Internal Audit team, this individual will be involved in performing Kimberly Clark’s audit activities to primarily identify and assess technology related risks and controls, as well as operational, compliance, and business process risk and controls. Primary Duties

Specific activities related to the execution of audit activities will include: • Execute IT audits, including SOX IT General Controls testing as well as risk-based IT audits. • Analyze processes to evaluate whether they are effective in efficiently processing and adequately protecting data. • Execute audit work programs and maintain organized and complete audit work papers pertinent to the audit’s scope and related findings. • Identify and define issues, analyze evidence and document IT testing procedures and results. • Conduct interviews, examine documents, prepare work papers and compose summary memos, as necessary. • Evaluate IT findings and communicate to Internal Audit management in a timely manner. • Develop strong relationships with IT and 3rd party service provider(s) to coordinate audit activities. • Conduct special assignments as requested by the Senior IT Audit Manager. • Represent Internal Audit with various organizational project teams and with external organizations. • Develop and maintain productive relationships throughout the company through individual contacts and meetings. • Perform computer assisted audit techniques and data analysis. • Maintain a working knowledge of information security assessment industry standards/best practices and compliance with information security-related laws and regulations (e.g., SEC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other state/regulatory data privacy laws).

Highly analytical, effective communicator needed to join Kimberly-Clark’s Internal Audit function. The right individual will join a global team that helps K-C’s Audit Committee evaluate the control environment established by K-C’s management.

Using a risk based approach; a portion of our work evaluates the system of internal controls over financial reporting as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) law. In addition, we also review other key internal controls and work on special projects as appropriate. This experience will help prepare you for future roles in K-C, with the first rotation out of Internal Audit typically occurring after approximately two years.

Responsibilities:  1. Complete a risk profile for assigned engagements in compliance with department policies to determine the processes that represent the most significant risks to the Corporation.  2. Position Purpose:

The Capital Markets and Enterprise Risk Manager provides leadership on capital structure, funding, corporate cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and financial risk management for the Company. This key individual develops and executes the corporation’s short-term and long-term financing plan and serves as an advisor to senior leadership in the corporation’s capital allocation decisions. The role includes the nurturing and managing of credit rating agency and global credit banking relationships. Managing compliance with the Company’s credit agreements. This individual leads the foreign currency and interest rate risk management programs and supports the corporate strategy on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and M&A initiatives. The role also supports the Company’s real estate management for its various properties it owns and leases. Scope:

The incumbent drives capital finance and financial and enterprise risk management strategy including the analysis and execution of financing plans and management of the credit rating agency. Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop, analyze and recommend capital structure and capital allocation decisions for the Corporation and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to capital spending, dividend, share repurchase, repatriation etc.
• Plan and manage the efficient utilization of debt capital for the Corporation in the capital markets (public debt issues, credit line facilities)

• Identify & analyze foreign exchange risk and direct the actions necessary to hedge the risk as appropriate, including derivative trade execution
• Manage the interest rate risk management program and fixed float portfolio
• Monitor and establish policy regarding financial counterparty risk
• Support the analysis and oversight of the Corporation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) plan
• Lead Treasury support to the Corporation’s M&A activities

Basic and preferred requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience is necessary for this position. Specifically, the Manager must have a working knowledge of financial reporting, SOX requirements, external audit and internal control principles. Broad and expert knowledge of accounting theory, practices and procedures, including SEC experience normally associated with a CPA at the manager level in a Big Four public accounting firm. 

The Manager must have strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, and competing time demands. He/she must be able to understand a broad business view, and still have a clear attention to detail. He/she must also have strong oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective communications and presentations.

Educational requirements can be met by an undergraduate degree or better with a background in finance or accounting. CPA strongly preferred.
